About	This brewery was founded in 2011 in nearby Broomfield, and moved to Brighton in 2017. They converted what was a Bhuddist temple into a brewery so the structure does not look like your typical brewery! There are two patios and nice views of the mountains. Big Choice gives you plenty to choose from with their taps: Solid year-round standards alongside delightful seasonal rotators. 1990s punk rock and ska music permeate the airwaves via their sound system almost all the time and keeps the atmosphere lively.
Beers	Disconnected Red, Type III IPA, Poblano Stout, 10,000 Summers Saison, and Hemlock Double IPA.
